濰坊風(fēng)尚米蘭能耗監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用

    統(tǒng)計顯示,我國建筑能耗約占全國總能耗的28%,在我國每年新建的20億平方米建筑中,其中99%是高能耗建筑;而既有的建筑中,僅有4%采取了節(jié)能措施,具有巨大的節(jié)能空間,能耗監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)推廣已經(jīng)勢在必行。節(jié)能降耗,計量**。

    濰坊風(fēng)尚米蘭位于濰坊高密,處于山東半島藍(lán)色經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)和膠東半島產(chǎn)業(yè)聚焦區(qū)的**地帶及“青濰一體化”的重要節(jié)點。

    建筑配電箱里的安科瑞DTSD1352電能表均接入Acrel-5000能耗監(jiān)測系統(tǒng),對電能消耗的情況進(jìn)行監(jiān)管,隨時掌握能耗情況,提高節(jié)能意識。

    3. 系統(tǒng)架構(gòu) Structure

    安科瑞Acrel-5000能耗分析管理系統(tǒng)以工作站主機、通訊設(shè)備、測控單元為基本工具,為大型公共建筑的實時數(shù)據(jù)采集及遠(yuǎn)程管理提供了基礎(chǔ)平臺,它可以和其他樓宇自動化系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)轉(zhuǎn)發(fā)構(gòu)成復(fù)雜的監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)。該能耗系統(tǒng)主要采用分層分布式計算機網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu),如系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)圖所示

    通過系統(tǒng)主界面可以反映各分店用能各分類能耗和折算為標(biāo)準(zhǔn)煤的綜合能耗,并計算單位面積能耗。

    The main interface of the system can reflect the energy consumption of each branch and the comprehensive energy consumption converted into standard coal, and calculate the energy consumption per unit area.

    4.2 分項用電數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計 Itemized electricity consumption data statistics

    將電耗進(jìn)行逐時、逐日、逐月、逐年統(tǒng)計。統(tǒng)計數(shù)據(jù)采用餅圖、柱狀圖、線圖、區(qū)域圖等各種圖形展示方式,直觀反映各項統(tǒng)計數(shù)據(jù)的數(shù)值、趨勢和分布情況。

    The system makes hourly, daily, month-by-month and year-by-year statistics of power consumption.The statistical data are presented by pie chart, bar chart, line chart, area chart and other graphics, which can directly reflect the value, trend and distribution of various statistical data.


    4.3 用電支路趨勢分析 Trend analysis of branch circuit 

    統(tǒng)計各區(qū)域、各設(shè)備電能消耗,準(zhǔn)確定位用電消耗回路,制定節(jié)能績效考核制度,推動節(jié)能降耗的有效執(zhí)行。為用能設(shè)備建立運行記錄檔案,長期跟蹤記錄設(shè)備運行過程中的能效分析評估結(jié)果,結(jié)合設(shè)備維護(hù)保養(yǎng)記錄,為設(shè)備的運行維護(hù)提供依據(jù)。

    將各種類型和各主要耗能設(shè)備的能耗與去年同期值和上月值進(jìn)行同比環(huán)比分析,檢驗節(jié)能效果,根據(jù)分析結(jié)果執(zhí)行節(jié)能績效考核,以及節(jié)能目標(biāo)的修正。

    將能源類型、負(fù)載類型、區(qū)域能耗按照時間區(qū)分,按時、天、月、年、工作日、非工作日等對用能數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行對比分析,掌握能源具體消耗情況??蓪⒚刻煊媚馨磿r段設(shè)置峰、平、谷,統(tǒng)計各時段能耗,降低閑時能耗。

    4.6 電能數(shù)據(jù)實時監(jiān)測和預(yù)警 Real-time monitoring and early warning of electric power data

    通過高精度智能儀表以技術(shù)手段實現(xiàn)自動化全實時、高密度的實時用能監(jiān)測,減少用能的計量誤差。實時監(jiān)視現(xiàn)場儀表的回傳數(shù)據(jù),對電能進(jìn)行合理的管控和預(yù)警,及時發(fā)現(xiàn)并改正運行中存在的用電異常,隨時處理。按需設(shè)置重要設(shè)備的**標(biāo)預(yù)警值,**標(biāo)時醒目提醒并主動記錄。
