HYDRUS是一個(gè)運(yùn)行于Windows系統(tǒng)下的環(huán)境模擬軟件，主要用于變飽和多孔介質(zhì)的水流和溶質(zhì)運(yùn)移。HYDRUS包括用于模擬變量飽和多孔介質(zhì)下的水、熱和多溶質(zhì)運(yùn)移的二維和三維有限元計(jì)算，包括一個(gè)參數(shù)優(yōu)化算法，用于各種土壤的水壓和溶質(zhì)運(yùn)移參數(shù)的逆向估計(jì)。該模型互動(dòng)的圖形界面，可進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)前處理、結(jié)構(gòu)化和非結(jié)構(gòu)化的有限元網(wǎng)格生成以及結(jié)果的圖形展示。

主講老師
Dr. Jirka Simunek is a Professor of Hydrology with the Department of Environmental Sciences of the University of California. He received an M.S. in Civil Engineering from the Czech Technical University, Prague, Czech Republic, and a Ph.D. in Water Management from the Czech Academy of Sciences, Prague. His expertise is in numerical modeling of subsurface water flow and solute transport processes, equilibrium and nonequilibrium chemical transport, multicomponent major ion chemistry, field-scale spatial variability, and inverse procedures for estimating the hydraulic properties of unsaturated porous media. He has authored and coauthored numerous peer-reviewed publications and book chapters, and several books. His numeric models are popularly used by many scientists, students, and practitioners modeling water flow, chemical movement, and heat transport through variably saturated soils and groundwater. Dr. Simunek is a recipient of the Soil Science Society of America’s Don and Betty Kirkham Soil Physics Award, is a Fellow of both SSSA and AGU, and is or was an associate editor of several journals including Vadose Zone Hydrology, the Journal of Hydrology, and Water Resources Research.

 

課程介紹

課程首先對(duì)包氣帶中的水流和溶質(zhì)運(yùn)移過(guò)程進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的概念和數(shù)學(xué)描述。特別是控制流動(dòng)方程的高度非線(xiàn)性性質(zhì)。描述和模擬非飽和多孔介質(zhì)水力函數(shù)的替代方法。Hands-on計(jì)算機(jī)課程將使參與者**會(huì)熟悉基于Windows的HYDRUS V5 軟件包(將HYDRUS - 1D與HYDRUS 2D / 3D 合并)，還包括PFAS，Particle Tracking, Dynamic Plant Uptake, Cosmic等新模塊。重點(diǎn)將放在準(zhǔn)備應(yīng)用準(zhǔn)備輸入數(shù)據(jù)，包括滲流帶的流動(dòng)和輸送、地下滴灌、流向排水瓦管的流動(dòng)和運(yùn)輸以及從垃圾填埋場(chǎng)通過(guò)非飽和帶向地下水的二維滲濾液遷移。校準(zhǔn)將通過(guò)一維反問(wèn)題進(jìn)行討論和論證。

Day 1: Morning (7:00 - 10:00) , with focus on 1D applications 

Lecture 1:Vadose zone flow and transport modeling: An overview.
 Computer session 1: HYDRUS: Infiltration of water into a one-dimensional soil profile.




Day 1: Afternoon (11:00 - 14:00)

Lecture 2:On the characterization and measurement of the hydraulic properties of unsaturated porous media.
Computer session 2:HYDRUS: Annual water flow and solute (TCE, PFAS) transport in a 1D layered soil profile.
 Lecture 3:Introduction to inverse modeling; application of HYDRUS-1D to laboratory and field experiments.

 

Day 2: Morning (7:00 - 10:00), with focus on HYDRUS (2D/3D)

Lecture 4:HYDRUS software for simulating one-, two-, and three-dimensional variably-saturated water flow and solute transport, Version 5. Domain Types.
Computer session 3:     HYDRUS: Subsurface line source, 2D application.

 

Day 2: Afternoon (11:00 - 14:00)

Computer session 4:HYDRUS: Flow and transport in a transect to a stream, 2D application.
 Lecture 5:Review of standard and nonstandard HYDRUS modules (e.g., PFAS, Particle Tracking, Dynamic Plant Uptake, Cosmic, HPx, UnsatChem, Wetland, CRide, DualPerm, Slope Cube) and standard applications.
