• 冷拔不銹鋼管表面質(zhì)量缺陷

  1外折：在鋼管外表面上呈現(xiàn)螺旋形的片狀折疊，其螺旋方向與穿孔時(shí)鋼旋轉(zhuǎn)方向相反，且螺距較大，這種缺陷稱之為外折。 2.裂紋：在鋼管內(nèi)外表面呈現(xiàn)連續(xù)或不連續(xù)的細(xì)小發(fā)狀，有的呈y形狀，其旋轉(zhuǎn)的方向與穿孔時(shí)鋼的旋轉(zhuǎn)方向相反且螺距較大，這種缺陷稱之為裂紋。 3.離層：在鋼管內(nèi)表面出現(xiàn)螺旋形狀或塊狀的金屬分層或破裂或凸疤，這種缺陷稱之為離層。 4.內(nèi)折：在鋼管的內(nèi)表面出現(xiàn)螺旋形、半螺旋形，無規(guī)則分布的鋸齒狀
