    電機的驅(qū)動模塊通常有晶體管模塊、晶閘管(可控硅)模塊、IGBT模塊,當(dāng)然對于小型微特電機也用集成驅(qū)動模塊。

    傳統(tǒng)的單元測試包括了驅(qū)動模塊(driver) 和樁模塊(stub)。驅(qū)動模塊的目的很單純,就是為了訪問類庫的屬性和方法,來檢測類庫的功能是否正確;

    描述


    有些LED照明燈拆開后會看到一塊綠色或者偏黃色的PCB板,上面又很多元器件;而有些照明燈打開后就是鋁基板,而鋁基板上焊了很多的元器件。每個照明燈都會有電路板,只是電路板的形式不太一樣。LED照明燈是由很多個貼片發(fā)光二極管構(gòu)成的,根據(jù)不同的驅(qū)動方式,這些發(fā)光二極管或者串聯(lián)或者并聯(lián),這些燈珠都是直流供電的,而市電是交流220V,如何才能使這些燈珠接入220V呢?這塊電路板的作用就是為燈珠提供驅(qū)動,使燈珠正常穩(wěn)定的工作。


    發(fā)光二極管燈珠是電流型驅(qū)動的元器件,具有兩個重要的工作參數(shù):電流和正向壓降。這類燈珠的壓降在(1-3)V左右,驅(qū)動電流大約幾十毫安。在驅(qū)動燈珠時即可以采用恒壓驅(qū)動又可以采用恒流驅(qū)動。照明行業(yè)多以恒流驅(qū)動為主,流過每一個燈珠的電流都是一樣的,可以保證發(fā)光比較均勻。而電路板的左右就是將220V交流電轉(zhuǎn)化為驅(qū)動燈珠的恒流電流。

    有些元器件是直接焊接在鋁基板上的,這樣既可以節(jié)省空間,又能起到很好的散熱作用。鋁基板LED等如下圖所示。

    不過大部分都是做成一個單獨的電路板用塑料外殼封裝成一個驅(qū)動模塊,這樣可以做到模塊化,如果驅(qū)動板壞了,再重新買一塊模塊就好,而不用整個把燈都換掉。LED驅(qū)動模塊如下圖所示。
