安科瑞防逆流電表在菲律賓光伏項(xiàng)目的應(yīng)用

1.項(xiàng)目背景Background

隨著光伏行業(yè)的發(fā)展，部分地區(qū)村級(jí)變壓器及工業(yè)用電變壓器容量與光伏項(xiàng)目的裝機(jī)容量處于飽和。電網(wǎng)公司要求對(duì)后建的光伏并網(wǎng)系統(tǒng)為不可逆流發(fā)電系統(tǒng)，指光伏并網(wǎng)系統(tǒng)所發(fā)生的電由本地負(fù)載消耗，多余的電不允許通過(guò)低壓配電變壓器向上級(jí)電網(wǎng)逆向送電。

With the development of photovoltaic industry, the capacity of village-level transformers and industrial power transformers and the installed capacity of photovoltaic projects are saturated in some areas.The power grid company requires the photovoltaic grid-connected system to be a non-backflow current generation system, which means that the electricity generated by the photovoltaic grid-connected system is consumed by the local load, and the excess electricity is not allowed to be sent to the upper power grid through the low-voltage distribution transformer in reverse direction.

光伏逆變器在將光伏組件產(chǎn)生的直流電變換為交流電時(shí)，會(huì)夾雜有直流分量和諧波，三相電流不平衡，輸出功率不確定性等，目前基本沒(méi)有采取治理手段，因此，當(dāng)有發(fā)電功率送往公用電網(wǎng)時(shí)，就會(huì)對(duì)電網(wǎng)產(chǎn)生諧波污染，易造成電網(wǎng)電壓波動(dòng)，閃變等，如果有許多這樣的發(fā)電源向電網(wǎng)輸電時(shí)，會(huì)導(dǎo)致電網(wǎng)電能質(zhì)量嚴(yán)重下降。所以這類(lèi)光伏發(fā)電系統(tǒng)須配套加裝防逆流設(shè)施，來(lái)防止逆功率的發(fā)生。

Photovoltaic inverter in photovoltaic components will produce direct current into alternating current (ac), has the dc component and harmonic mixing, unbalanced three phase current, output power of uncertainty, such as the current basic didn't take effective management measures, therefore, when there is power to the utility grid, will generate harmonic pollution to power network, easy cause power grid voltage fluctuation and flicker, etc.,If there are many such power sources to transmit electricity to the grid, the power quality of the grid will be seriously degraded.Therefore, this kind of photovoltaic power generation system must be equipped with anti-backflow current facilities to prevent the occurrence of reverse power.

當(dāng)光伏發(fā)電量大于負(fù)載需求電量時(shí)，會(huì)產(chǎn)生逆功率。因此，我們需要儀表來(lái)判定。逆變器有過(guò)功率輸出，再由儀表通過(guò)RS485通訊發(fā)出信號(hào)和逆變器數(shù)據(jù)交互，調(diào)節(jié)逆變器輸出功率，使其輸出功率和用電功率平衡。

When the photovoltaic power generation is greater than the load demand, the inverse power will be generated.So we need instruments to determine that Inverter has power output, and then by the instrument through RS485 communication ** and inverter data interaction, adjust the inverter output power, so that its output power and power balance.

3.防逆流檢測(cè)儀表Anti-backflow detection meter

當(dāng)光伏發(fā)電量大于負(fù)載需求電量時(shí)，會(huì)產(chǎn)生逆功率。因此，我們需要儀表來(lái)判定逆變器有過(guò)功率輸出，再由儀表通過(guò)RS485通訊發(fā)出信號(hào)和逆變器數(shù)據(jù)交互，調(diào)節(jié)逆變器輸出功率，使其輸出功率和用電功率平衡。

When the photovoltaic power generation is greater than the load demand, reverse power will be generated. Therefore, we need an meter to determine that the inverter has over-power output, and then the meter sends a ** through RS485 communication to interact with the inverter data to adjust the output power of the inverter to balance the output power and the electrical power.
