The ways to solve gas boiler water shortage accident
1 symbol:

1.3給水流量不正常的小于蒸汽流量（當(dāng)水冷壁管或省煤器管損壞時(shí)相反）
1.4缺水嚴(yán)重時(shí)，主汽溫升高。

2原因：
2.1給水自動(dòng)失靈。
2.2監(jiān)視水位不當(dāng)或誤操作。
2.3給水閥門(mén)故障。
2.4水位計(jì)指示偏高，發(fā)生誤操作。
2.5給水泵故障，給水壓力下降。
2.6排污門(mén)嚴(yán)重泄漏，水冷壁、省煤器管爆破。
3 water treatment:

3.6 after cause water shortages have been eliminated by comprehensive examination think boiler no damage, slow water according to the value of long order to ignition.
3缺水的處理：
3.1當(dāng)發(fā)出低水位報(bào)警信號(hào)時(shí)，應(yīng)查看水位表和有關(guān)表計(jì)，做出正確判斷。
3.2如給水自動(dòng)失靈，應(yīng)改手動(dòng)并加大給水并聯(lián)系熱工處理，如有排污工
作應(yīng)立即停止。
3.3若給水壓力低，應(yīng)提高給水壓力，同時(shí)適當(dāng)降低汽壓或降低給水溫度。
3.4如采取上述措施無(wú)效，應(yīng)立即匯報(bào)值長(zhǎng)，降低鍋爐負(fù)荷。
3.5如汽包水位繼續(xù)下降到-300mm，延時(shí)1秒，MFT保護(hù)動(dòng)作，按緊急停爐處理。
3.6缺水原因查明消除后，經(jīng)全面檢查認(rèn)為鍋爐無(wú)損壞時(shí)，按值長(zhǎng)令緩慢上水重新點(diǎn)火。
